Privacy without the fog.

The iPhone app stores your legal-age confirmation, province, chosen city, store-search radius, and saved product or retailer cards on your device. You can change or remove these items in the app, and deleting the app removes its local data.

The website uses a first-party age-confirmation cookie and, when you choose an area, a first-party coarse location cookie. These cookies support the requested experience and are not used for cross-site advertising.

Location access is optional and requested only after you tap “Use my current location.” The app sends latitude, longitude, and your selected radius once over HTTPS so PuffPrices can return the nearest Canadian city represented in its licensed-retailer directory.

The app then keeps only the returned city, province, and radius. Precise coordinates are not placed in a URL, saved to app preferences, included in analytics, or attached to a PuffPrices account. PuffPrices does not offer accounts.

Our hosting and network providers may automatically process limited request information such as IP address, request time, device or browser type, and requested path to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the site. We retain or allow providers to retain this operational data only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Product prices and retailer details come from public licensed or provincial sources. When you open an official listing, you leave PuffPrices and the destination’s own privacy policy applies. PuffPrices does not add products to a cart, process payment, or receive purchase details from those sites.

We share information only with service providers needed to host, secure, and operate PuffPrices, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information. The app contains no advertising SDK and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

You can use city search instead of device location, deny or revoke location permission in iOS Settings, clear browser cookies, remove saved items, or delete the app. Depending on where you live, you may also request access to or correction of personal information that PuffPrices controls. Because the service has no user accounts, we may hold little or no information that can be linked back to you.

PuffPrices is intended only for people who meet the legal cannabis or regulated-product age in their Canadian province or territory. The app and website use an informational age confirmation and are not directed to children.

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at this URL with its effective date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the contact route on our support page.
